Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the email account you want to forward messages from, then choose the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
